USO DE LAS ENCUESTAS DIETÉTICAS PARA EVALUAR LA INGESTA DE ÁCIDO FÓLICO Y SU RELACIÓN CON LOS DEFECTOS DEL TUBO NEURAL.
Abstract
La disminución de las enfermedades infecciosasen la infancia ha permitido que otros
padecimientos, tales como las malformaciones
congénitas ocupen en la actualidad un lugar
importante como causa de muerte infantil en
nuestro país (1). Entre las principales
malformaciones se encuentran la espina bífida y
la anencefalia que en conjunto se denominan
defectos del cierre del tubo neural (DTN).
