PERSPECTIVA ANTROPOLOGICA - CONCEPTUAL SOBRE LA ALIMENTACIÓN Y OBESIDAD
Abstract
En este estudio se muestran la importancia del análisis antropológico y la perspectiva cultural de la alimentación y la obesidad. Se reconoce en el tiempo como se han configurado en el uso de los elementos conceptuales de la antropología que permiten el uso de técnicas analíticas que se han consolidado en la investigación sociocultural y cualitativa. Los análisis también nos llevan a reconocer las discrepancias de los límites entre la obesidad como problema estético y la obesidad como factor de riesgo.
Abtsract
In this study show the importance of the anthropological analysis and the cultural perspective of the feeding and the obesity. It is obvious in the time as having shaped in the use of the conceptual elements of the anthropology that permits the use of analytic techniques that have consolidated in the sociocultural and qualitative investigation. The analysis also take us to recognize the discrepancies of the limits between the obesity as aesthetic problem and the obesity as factor of risk.
